Our InfantYoga class offers a gentle, interactive experience for newbornsand their caregivers, featuring simple poses, songs, and massages led by certified instructors to foster bonding, soothe babies, improve sleep and motor skills, and support physical and emotional growth in a joyful community setting.

Our Infant Music class offers a gentle, interactive experience for newborns and their caregivers, featuring soothing songs, simple rhythms, and sensory sound exploration led by experienced music educators to encourage bonding, calm the nervous system, support early motor, listening skills, and nurture emotional development in a joyful community setting.
Wednesdays
January 5th - March 27th
Our Yoga for Children class, tailored for energetickids, engages kids and their parents or caregivers in playful animal- and nature-inspired poses, songs, stories, and breathing exercises led by certified instructors to boost focus, coordination, emotional awareness, flexibility, balance, social skills, confidence, and mindfulness in a nurturing, interactive community environment.
Tuesdays
January 5th – March 27th
Our Music for Children class, tailored for curious kids, engages kids and their parents or caregivers in playful songs, movement, rhythm games, and simple instrument exploration led by experienced music educators to support listening skills, coordination, emotional expression, creativity, confidence, social development, and early musical awareness in a nurturing, interactive community environment.
