Our Infant Yoga class offers a gentle, interactive experience for newborns to 12-month-olds and their caregivers, featuring simple poses, songs, and massages led by certified instructors to foster bonding, soothe babies, improve sleep and motor skills, and support physical and emotional growth in a joyful community setting.

Our Toddler Yoga class provides an energetic, play-based experience for 1-2 year-olds and their caregivers, incorporating animal-inspired poses, storytelling, and interactive games led by experienced instructors to enhance coordination, balance, emotional regulation, and parent-child bonding in a vibrant, joyful community.
Please note: All kids yoga registrations are final. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or makeup for missed sessions.
