Our Toddler Yoga class provides an energetic, play-based experience for 1-3-year-olds and their caregivers, incorporating animal-inspired poses, storytelling, and interactive games led by experienced instructors to enhance coordination, balance, emotional regulation, and parent-child bonding in a vibrant, joyful community.
October 1st-December 31st
Our Yoga for Children class, tailored for energetic 2-3-year-olds, engages kids and their parents or caregivers in playful animal- and nature-inspired poses, songs, stories, and breathing exercises led by certified instructors to boost focus, coordination, emotional awareness, flexibility, balance, social skills, confidence, and mindfulness in a nurturing, interactive community environment.
October 1st-December 31st
Our Pre-K Yoga class for 3- and 4-year-olds delivers a lively, theme-based adventure featuring imaginative poses, storytelling, breathing games, and music led by certified instructors, enabling parents or caregivers to participate in fostering strength, flexibility, focus, relaxation, emotional expression, social skills, and lifelong wellness through interactive, non-competitive activities in a welcoming community.

Our certified instructors lead energetic 5- to 8-year-olds in a fun, themed yoga class featuring dynamic poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness games, and partner activities to build strength, flexibility, concentration, emotional resilience, stress management, and self-confidence, while empowering parents to integrate yoga into family routines for lifelong wellness and joyful memories.
